  • Tap into your courage and will to progress without being bogged down by self-judgment and worry.
  • Explore obstacles and supports to what you want to do.
  • Help you establish practices that will sustain you as you persue your goals.
  • Make lists and stick to your priorities.

I will encourage you to establish a dailyish meditation, writing or related reflection practice. In session we will work with inquiry, visioning and similar tools that can help move you closer to your goals and interests.

How do we start?

We have an initial conversation by phone to determine if we should work together. During our first meeting we’ll identify your goals for the coaching and establish a plan for addressing them. Then we set up a regular meeting time (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly – whatever works). 

What will it cost?

In June 2020 I am well aware that many who want coaching support are likely to be unemployed or underemployed. With that in mind, my rate is $60/hour or $30/half hour with no one turned away for lack of funds.
